Refund Policy

All services provided by Vector Forward are digital, personalized, and delivered based on the information you submit. By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Once processing has begun, or any portion of the analysis has been generated, prepared, or delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for Subjective Reasons

We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction, disagreement with the analysis, perceived lack of usefulness, or any subjective expectation of outcomes. Results are informational and may vary based on individual interpretation and use.

3. Responsibility for Submitted Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes influenced by incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate input, and such cases do not qualify for refunds.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred
  • You were billed incorrectly
  • We are unable to deliver the purchased service

Any approved refund will be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered misuse of the service. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and restrict future access to our services in such cases.
